Registering all crew members with the Maltese Social Security and Inland Revenue administrations, when applicable.
Establishing and delivering payroll for the employer and pay slips for the crew members, including social security contributions collection, social security returns filling (with IRD) and salary payments.
Monitoring the termination of employment procedure for crew members at the end of their contract (required to obtain the U1 form when applicable).
Handling annual liaison with IRD, drafting and filing of income tax returns for crew members (if and when applicable).
